The Big Green Egg is Like a Sport
At least for my husband, who will plan, stay up late and get up at any hour to get it just right. He scours the city for the perfect cut of whatever he’s making. He’s continually honed his approach over the years and I will say everything he does on that egg is pretty awesome.
Fall is the BIG Season
College football, The Big Green Egg, sides, tasty beverages and friends is what fall is all about for us. While we Green Egg all year, football season IS Green Egg season here.
Favorites
While we like pretty much anything on The Big Green Egg, we have a handful of favorites. Baby back ribs, brisket and Boston Butt are definitely our favorites. We enjoy burgers and steaks as well.
On hint if you’re doing a brisket: use Prime beef. It makes a huge difference. My husband won’t do a brisket if we can’t score Prime!

Ace Hardware stores typically carry The Big Green Egg and accessories. Specialty stores that carry grills may have them as well. The Big Green Egg site lists retailers.
