My Christmas list includes practical items as well as splurges. I always think of things I’d love to have on my list throughout the year and then when the time comes, I completely blank. I wish I was that organized person who jotted everything down when it came to mind. Sadly, that’s just not me!

Pasta Anyone?
I’ve been making pasta for years. I have one of those pasta machines you attach to the counter and hand crank the dough through. It does a great job, but it definitely requires two people to manage the process. My friend Cheryl told me she just started using the KitchenAid pasta attachment and she absolutely loves it. I quickly added it to my list and hope I get to test it out!
Flattering Pants? Yes, Please!
The magic of Spanx has been extended to clothing and I believe I would love these…
The Perfect Black Pant from Spanx
FitBit
In anticipation of resolutions, what better way to stay on track than with an activity tracker? Mine died some time ago and I really want something slim that I can still see!
Favorite Fragrance
I love Chanel No. 5. It reminds me of my mom, plus it just smells so good. I prefer the body lotion because it’s a little more subtle.
Mer Sea Travel Sweater
I received one as a gift from Laura, and I wish I had it in every color! It’s lightweight cotton, flattering on everyone and perfect for layering!
MacKenzie-Childs
I usually have something from MacKenzie-Childs’ Courtly Check pattern on my list. I love this stuff and it’s definitely a splurge. I’ve been adding pieces for several years and this year I’d love the spoon rest.
Karen Lazar
I love the basic gold bracelets. They come in different sizes and styles and are perfect for layering with other bracelets, too.
Kitchen Aid Hand Mixer
I’m not going to pretend to get excited about a mixer. Mine died and I need a new one. I hate to buy stuff like that, so it’s on my list!
I hope I’m on the “nice” list and hope you are, too!
